ABOUT THE DOCTOR
Hi, I'm Dr. Stone:
Dr. Stone is a Harvard Dental School Graduate and he received his Certificate of Advanced Study in Orthodontics and his Doctor of Science in Dentistry from Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry. He's a member of: the American Association of Orthodontists, Massachusetts Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society, in addition to local dental groups, study clubs, and several alumni societies. In order to stay on the "cutting-edge" of orthodontics, he constantly reads scientific journals and attends numerous lectures, courses, and meetings, which are sponsored by local and national orthodontic and dental societies.
Dr. Stone supports and sponsors numerous local sports teams, school activities and functions, charities and many patient related endeavors.
On a personal note, Dr. Stone and his wife Susan have been married for 42 years and have two wonderful children.
Andrew graduated from Tisch School of the Arts at New York University where he was a film major. Andrew lives in Brooklyn with his life partner, Vivek. Andrew has worked in the film industry in a number of capacities since graduation. You can visit Andrew at his new blog, www.cinemamusings.com. Andrew did all the technical as well as creative work in developing this fantastic site. He is in the process of developing other sites.
Andrew and Vivek's dog, Dido, is a 13-pound Havanese with an indomitable spirit. She looks in the mirror and sees a one hundred pound image.
Rachael graduated from Syracuse University and after graduation worked in New York City in the fashion industry and as an assistant for PMK. She moved to Florida and earned a degree in Interior Design from the International School. Rachael and her husband Steve live in Delray Beach, Florida with their two very smart and handsome boys, Ryan who is eight and Alex who is five years old.
Rachael sells Stella and Dot Jewelry in her little spare time here and does interior design as well at www.rachaelstoneinteriors.com. There is a third child, Maxx, a Tibetan Terrier who prefers people to dogs.
Dr. Stone and his wife, Susan, have one dog, Lulu, a West Highland Terrier who loves watching other dogs on television. She recently lost her "brother" Jack, a wonderful and independent PBGV (Petite Bassett Griffon Vendeen), who passed away at fifteen. They were inseparable.

For relaxation, Dr. Stone enjoys sports, movies, reading, and current events. He enjoys researching and trading stocks as well as helping friends and family with their investment planning. Previously, "in another lifetime", he was "addicted" to tennis for 20 years, but an injury pushed him to his destiny of becoming a very mediocre golfer. Miraculously, he shot a hole-in-one in the summer of 2008 on hole #3 at Mount Pleasant, but managed to hit the hole-in-one ball into a water hazard on the next hole. Dr. Stone did not realize that you are supposed to save the hole-in-one ball. Fortunately, the ball was found.
